Dona.re ("we", "our", "platform") provides a service that allows users to receive paid messages through their inbox. Senders may pay a fee set by the recipient in order to send priority messages.
By creating an account or using Dona.re, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Dona.re allows users ("Recipients") to set a price per message. Other users ("Senders") may pay this fee to send messages directly to the Recipient’s inbox.
Messages that are not paid for may be filtered, delayed, or not delivered depending on user settings.
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Senders are charged at the time of message submission.
Prices are set by the Recipient.
We may charge a platform fee or commission on each transaction.
Fees are shown clearly before payment confirmation.
We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by payment processors.
Recipients may withdraw earnings generated from paid messages.
Payouts are processed through supported payment providers.
Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
We may hold or delay payouts in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
You agree not to use the platform for illegal or harmful activity.
You agree not to send spam, harassment, or abusive messages.
You agree not to attempt to bypass payment systems.
You agree not to create fake accounts or engage in fraud.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Users are responsible for the content they send and receive. Dona.re does not actively monitor messages but may remove content that violates these Terms.
Payments for messages are generally non-refundable once a message is delivered. Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases of technical error or fraudulent activity.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated, fraud or abuse is suspected, or if required by law or payment providers.
Users may also delete their accounts at any time.
Dona.re is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for loss of funds or earnings, message delivery issues, or disputes between users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
